Our new Chef of Amente, Nikos Prokopis, returns to the land where he grew up, drawing inspiration from his travels and experiences. He grew in award-winning restaurant environments such as the Astir Palace – Vouliagmeni, Fenchurch at Sky Garden in London, Pur’-Jean-François Rouquette at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme and also L ‘abeille Shangri-La hotel also in Paris. He will open our doors  with the refined sophistication and elegance of Mediterranean cuisine. Much emphasis will be placed on seasonal and quality products available exclusively to us. Perfect dishes, with delicious treats, served with a unique aesthetic. You will be left with the desire to travel the palate and escape to delicious experiences, against the backdrop of our impressive infinity pool, highlighting our elevated terrace and the irresistible views of the horizon.

Ideally accompany your food with selected wines selected from all over Greece and abroad. More than 50 labels, with wines from the Greek vineyard – internationally recognized, Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), indigenous and emerging varieties – but also quality wines from distant countries, such as Germany, Italy, France, Australia, Chile.
