Amente’s cuisine has been loved by more than a few for the unique dining experience it offers and the imaginative presentation of fine raw ingredients.
Favored Greek cuisine with strong Mediterranean influences, based on the exceptional quality of ingredients, seasonality and uniqueness of local produce. Amente’s kitchen is led by chef Andreas Bellos who, with his many years and cosmopolitan experience on the French and Athenian Rivieras and Mykonos, has put his signature on the new menu for the summer of 2023.
